Awareness is Everything

In Australia, the Blue Cornflower is the symbol for MND/ALS, it is used to help promote awareness, for fundraising for research and patient support.

Our slogan is 'Growing Awareness, Growing Hope.'

We sell packets of cornflower seeds as part of our fundraising so I would like anyone who is able, to purchase seeds from their state association's donate them to their local shire councils and encourage them, to plant some of the roadside gardens with cornflowers in order to hopefully help raise awareness. This is a smart way for them to support their rate paying residents who have MND/ALS at no cost to them. Don't you think that's a great way to undertake a fundraiser?

The various MND associations also have a great range of badges, pins, wristbands etc available via the internet so you don't have to live in Oz to show your support.
